Hurraaayy!! So 2013 is officially gone, DA people (and I’ve been a member for 8 years now!)
Anyway, I may have some exciting (or depressing) news coming up…But until then I just wanted to wish you all a nice January! Let’s start this year with our heads high, with great hopes and expectations

Don't get me wrong, I have plenty of ideas and things I want to draw, but for some inexplicable reason everything I try sketching nowadays, no matter how hard I try, seems wrong and looks like CRAP.
Then I decided to keep this page alive by uploading a Journal listing 50 FACTS about myself, just so you'll know me better (and also because I'm bored and thought it would be fun)! ^^

1- I'm a vegetarian. Because I love animals too much to eat them.
2- I'm a Disney fan, but you probably knew that already. My favorite Disney movie is without a doubt The Lion King.
3- I'm a bookworm. Some of my favorite writers are Dostoyevsky, Arthur Conan Doyle, Edgar Alan Poe, George Martin, Tolkien, J.K Rowling, Oscar Wilde, Machado de Assis, Caio Fernando de Abreu….
4- I have two cats, kittens actually, that I rescued from the streets
5- I have two younger brothers and was spoiled as a child for being the only girl, I admit!
6- I usually cheer for the twisted villains on movies, musicals, TV series, books…Usually they are the most interesting characters.
7- I am girly and I love makeup. Love it. Is just like drawing and painting, BUT ON YOUR FACE!
8- I bite my nails but try not to =/
9- I don't drink too much because I don't really need a drink to act like crazy! Also I only need a sip of alcohol to feel dizzy and start embarrassing myself…
10- I hate crowds, loud music and closed places. So yeah, I usually hate night clubs and don't party too often.
11- I can't stand cigarettes. The smoke makes me sick.
12- I'm crazy jealous and possessive of everyone and everything.
13- I'm a Scorpio (just restating number 12)
14- I only sleep in a pitch black room with absolutely no light nor noise.
15- I don't follow any particular religion. I respect everyone's beliefs as long as they don't try to point their fingers at me and drag me to their church or something…
16- I kissed a girl once, hahaha!
17- I only had 2 serious relationships in my life. I'm 25 and single now but I'm not looking for anything…
18- I already visited more countries that I can count. I am lucky enough to have a father who spends his money taking his family on adventures around the world. I visited, for example: Italy, France (not only Paris), England (London), Greece, Egypt, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Canada, USA, Alaska, Argentina, Chile….
19- I was a Disney Cast Member. Worked as a hostess at Disney's Animal Kingdom (at the restaurant called Tusker's House).
20- I can't stand horror movies!! I am especially afraid of ghosts and dead/evil children…I couldn't sleep for months after watching "The Ring" :S
21- I was addicted to Pokémon for years and my favorite was (still is) Mewtwo.
22- My first fictional crush was Sherlock Holmes
23- I only have a few close friends that I know since forever. I have a hard time letting people go.
24- I don't forgive nor forget. That's awful but it's true.
25- I'm too proud. Can't apologize even when I know I'm wrong
26- I prefer to stay away from politics because here in Brazil I see no point in fighting anymore. I fully embrace animal causes, though.
27- I plan to move abroad as soon as I'm done with my university (hopefully next year)!
28- I had crushes on older guys. Like. Really. Older. Guys.
29- I may look naïve but I swear I have a dirty mind (scorpion dirty)
30- I fully embrace the gay cause and I believe everyone should be allowed to marry whoever they want. It's nobody's business, really.
31- I already dyed my hair but I actually love my natural color so yeah, I'm sticking with it from now on.
32- I don't want to visit China nor Japan because I just know I'm going to have a hard time with their culture, especially me being an animal activist (they do horrible things) and vegetarian.
33- I adore TV series. I am currently watching six.
34- I love Ancient History and everything related.
35- I used to write stories with my favorite cousin as a past time. We created and developed tons of characters and storylines (it took us years), and finally decided to put everything together in a big novel called "Our Days". I am currently revisiting this novel, improving it and trying my best to give you guys a glimpse of what it is/was in Graphic Novel form.
36- I dream of becoming an Animator or at least working for a studio at the art/creative department.
37- I once dreamed of becoming a writer…
38- I am addicted to sugar, sweets, deserts… and of course chocolate.
39- I prefer winter/autumn over summer/spring. I believe everyone looks fancy on cooler weather. I don't usually enjoy the sight of sweaty men and almost naked girls walking around wearing flip flops…ugh.
40- I am Brazilian but I can't really dance. Don't even get me started on Samba…really. Just. Don't.
41- I am a girl who loves soccer/football.
42- I hate Math. I suck at Math.
43- I plan to learn French. I speak English pretty well, a bit of Spanish, and my native language is Portuguese.
44- I wear contact lenses! Can't see a thing without them!
45- I can't sing but I really wish I could. I adore musicals!
46- I skipped the bracelets as a child but I am wearing them now =/
47- My first kiss was really messy, but sweet at the same time. I was 13/14 years old.
48- I can't cook a thing. I once almost burned a kitchen down to ashes (while I was living abroad and working at Disney's theme parks, hahaha!).
49- I don't know if I ever want to get married nor do I crave for children. I really enjoy my freedom and believe marriages can really make things worse (if you're happily married then congratulations! I wish you all the best).
50- I easily get lost. I truly believe that the part of my brain responsible for locating places and choosing the right direction is damaged or it simply does not exist. I'm also truly awful at remembering names…from people to street names. Actually I would probably be wandering somewhere (and not be here safe at home) if it wasn't for my GPS.

I know it's far from perfect, but I'm still very proud of it. I'm gonna work on fixing some details now, but I would very much appreciate some feedback as well
